1. What the app is
PixelClean is a free, client-side tool that removes watermarks from AI-generated images and videos on your own device. It is provided by Insyra Labs on an “as is” basis.
2. Lawful use only
You agree to use PixelClean only for content you own or are authorized to modify, and only in ways permitted by applicable law and by the terms of the service that generated the content. Any illegal use — including infringing intellectual-property rights, misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is required, or circumventing protections you have no right to circumvent — is strictly prohibited.
3. Your responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the files you process and what you do with the results.
- PixelClean does not verify ownership, licenses, or rights in your files.
- PixelClean does not own, host, copy, or claim any of your content.
4. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelClean is provided without warranties of any kind — including accuracy of results, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. Processing is best-effort: unusual watermark variants, edited files, or unsupported formats may produce imperfect results or be skipped safely.
5. Limitation of liability
Insyra Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PixelClean — including data loss, corrupted files, or results you publish — to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Acceptable conduct
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, misrepresent its output, or use it to violate anyone else's rights. We may restrict access for abusive use.

These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
